What is a Cleanroom?

In R&D and manufacture process of the 21st up-to-date industry fi eld,
there are many factors causing critical interruption. 
The space, which is environmentally sealed to remove fl oating particles in air
and control temperature, humidity, light, air fl ow, air pressure and static electricity,
is called cleanroom.


ICR

For the 21st century’s ICR(industrial cleanroom), semi-conductor,
precision machine, optical machine, magnet tape, fi lm for photo,
instant food manufacture & packing,

special printing ICR require diff erent clean class. It is necessary to
organize control zone, semi-clean zone and clean zone in entire facility
so that dust particles can’t enter cleanroom.

In the zone, air distribution should be prevented between spaces by allowing
entrance through air shower or pass box and damper should be used to prevent
back fl ow of air and maintain clean class eff ectively .

Pharmaceutical company, basic research laboratory, animal experiment facility,
hospital operating room and meat processing facility should perform
manufacture according to GMP about medicine manufacture and quality control (food hygiene).
